Fat loss diets will work well if you concentrate on cutting out the fatty foods in your diet.
This is usually a lot easier than you may think. For instance if you are used to eating a cooked breakfast, try eating some porridge oats (they help you feel full up, but are not high in calories) with some skimmed milk.

Interval training consists of performing high intensity activity for short periods within your exercise programme. This is followed by a slower more gentle exercise for a period after, until you regain your energy and then you perform another rigorous burst of energetic exercise.
This sort of exercise has been used by coaches to successfully improve the fitness of sportsmen and it was found that as a bonus, the sportsmen lost considerable weight at the same time.
